Who Dunnit? BLOOD INVESTIGATION
In room 4 we have been investigating a crime , somebody had broken in to steal
something, but somehow had been scared and decided to leave. 
At the crime scene the window had been found shattered and broken,but evidence was found. a piece of clothing was found and it had been cofirmed there was blood on it. with the help
of cctv we have now narrowed down to 4 suspects.

due to privacy ,we can not show the supects faces or name.
so they are known as suspect 1 , 2 , 3 and 4.


We had examined and tested the blood that had been found, it had been found to be A+
-The Suspects blood is A positive.


Now all we had to do was to find out the 4 suspects blood types to see which would match. And Our Blood Ivestigation had begun.
At first Suspect 1 was tested but the result was=AB+ 
then Suspect 2 , but the result was=B
Suspect 3.=A+  suspect 4=O
So the criminal was Found and our case had come to end.

For the past week rm 4 has been learning about what were inside cells.
Task description:For this task i have had to look and read websites 
to get informtion about organelles and cells. then i have put the information 
i have gained in a google drawing.

A Narrative

What makes a narrative
   Today in literacy we have been learning
what makes a good narrative and what a narrative really is.

We got spit into our literacy groups
and had to write down on small pentagons
thoughts and ideas about narratives.

We are learning how to follow the structure of a narrative and understand what makes a narrative.

TASK DESCRIPTION:
for this task i had to Create a comic strip/ speech bubbles to illustrate some of the conversations that Jem has with other characters in the book like what questions they might ask her?

Tech. Cooking Pancakes. CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES!!!

Today for Tech my group was put in cooking. we were learning how to make chocolate chip pancakes.
we had to be in a group of 2 people and i was with my best friend pilinilose
it was quite fun making pancakes we learnt lessons and mistakes.
the mistake and lesson i've have learned today was to always watch carefully and put enough flower
in the mixing bowl. my other lesson/mistake was to always watch pilinilose when she is puting in the flower or sugar in the bowl and especialy when it's time to put in the mixture on the pan or flip the pancake.


Task descrption:
today for tech in cooking me and my friend plus class mates have been learning how to make 
chocolate chip pancakes and how to clean up the kithen after that we had to make a blog post 
of the pancakes we made and write what mistakes we have learned today.

FINAL POST 4 2k18 (still posting SLJ)& ALSO THANK YOU TEACHERS

This has been quite a journey throught out the year 2k18 as a year 7
being a year 7 has been great i have made lot's of new friends but most of them are year8s
which means they will be leaving soon which is kind of the worst parts of being
a year 7 well for me. note 4 team 5 teachers: scroll all the way down on this post

NOTE: this is not my last post i will be participating in the summer learning
program so i will bee posting alot to try in win a prize also too still gain more knowledge through out the hbolidays too. :) 

what are my highlights as a year 7 and being in team 5?
this year has been quite a intresting journey there were so many trips
and exciting weeks there was the school film festival , yr 8s camp , year 7 team building
, yr 7 rainbows , parakai and the school picnic. my highlight this year was defindently rainbows end
and yr 7 team building the reason why i chose those two options for my highlight was because rainbows end was really fun and thrilling at the same time i think my favorite ride was the invader and statosfear also the log ride. The year 7 team building was fun because all the yr 8s left just kidding its because it was at nicer with just all the year 7s and funer not saying that the yr8s aren't fun or nice the are a bit funer than the year 7s just saying.

END OF TERM 3

END OF TERM 3
last week on Friday was the end of term 3 it was a bit sad because i'm year 7 with year 8 friends that are going to leave soon so i have only next term to be with them. Term 3 was really great i have learned lots of new things and gained more knowledge also met new friends but the sad thing about term 3 was when miss Tuia left  team 5 like how Mrs Salu and Mrs Sio did. I think my highlight of the term was when team 5 did an uvean dance every Friday but for only like 4 weeks that was a bit sad. Well i can't wait for term 4 and to see what happens next through my out  journey for 2K18.

Back to the future
here is one of my late posts from writting
this week for writting we have been learning about what dystopia and utopia means
and we have been predicting what might happen in the future.

AN UPSTANDER

                          AN UPSTANDER

An upstander is someone who stands up for what is right and what
they believe in they stand up to support , protect ,care and help others.
An upstander acts to make it right when something's gone wrong for
example a person needs help of course an upstander would help them
out or what if there’s a little kid getting hurt or being bullied an upstander
wouldn’t just stand there and stare him/she would do something about it
and also help that person out.

Helping others who are being bullied

You see a person getting bullied and you want to tell that bully
but sometimes It’s kind off a bit hard to tell a bully or someone to
stop because sometimes they just don’t really listen. You should at
least get someone older or just get their parents and if they still don’t
listen just try and take care of the person they are bullying and make
sure and him/she is alright be a friend.

Stopping untrue and hurtful messages that could hurt other people
and yourself.

If someone tells you rumor that you know it’s untrue or if they
send you a message about  someone else and it could be really
hurtful to that person. Stand up and let that person know be an
upstander let that person know that it is wrong. Think about how
you would feel if someone spread an hurtful untrue rumour about
you it would hurt i know because that happened to me before but
someone told me about it and that person who spreaded the rumour
off and now that person is now my best friend not the person who
spreaded the rumour.

Respecting others

Respect others differences and help others to respect
differences too. It’s cool for people to be different  that’s
what makes all of us unique.
