Today for tech we have been learning to make Lasagna. YUM!HOW WE MADE THE LASAGNA
first we fried the onions till it soft then added
mince. once the mice was cooked we added tomato sauce
and stared to mix it up.
the next step was to add some mince to the tin than
add cheese and pasta sauce. we repeated this step twice!
once that was done we put it into the oven on 200
and in a few minutes later it was ready!
ingredients:
oil-frying pan,Onion , Mince , garlic/ginger, tomato sauce and cheddar and mozzarella cheese

This sounds like such a fun and delicious tech lesson! Learning how to make lasagna is a great way to combine practical skills with teamwork and creativity. I especially like how the steps are explained clearly, from frying the onions and cooking the mince to adding the tomato sauce, cheese, and pasta layers. The final result must have been really satisfying after baking it at 200 degrees. Cooking activities like this can also teach students about following instructions and timing. It even makes me want to try a chronological age calculator while planning activities for different age groups and learning levels.
